Program: Xponentia IT Support Messaging, from Xponentia Inc.
What you'll receive: One-to-one text messages from our technicians about your IT support: ticket updates and follow-ups, scheduling and reminders for onsite or remote support visits, notices about planned maintenance or outages affecting your systems, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in: You opt in by texting one of our business numbers (707-575-6005, 707-575-6006, or 707-575-6007), or by giving us your mobile number in a support request and agreeing to be contacted by text about it.
Message frequency: Varies with your support activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one final message confirming you're unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
