Privacy

This page explains what information we collect through xponentia.com and how we use it. Effective October 2, 2026.

The short version

This website is a simple information page. It has no forms, accounts or advertising, it doesn't set tracking cookies, and it doesn't let third parties track you across other websites. We don't sell or share personal information.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
  • Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the page that referred you, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to you, to provide, support and bill for our services, to keep records of support requests, and to keep this site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), Microsoft (email), Freshworks (our Freshservice ticketing system) and GoTo (remote support), and when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't give it to third parties for their own marketing.

Support tools

Links on this site lead to tools we use to support our clients: our client portal at support.xponentia.net (powered by Freshworks Freshservice), remote support sessions through GoTo, and our one-time secret service at ots.xponentia.net. Information you submit through those tools is used only to provide support, and the third-party providers handle it under their own privacy policies.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because this site doesn't track visitors across websites or sell or share personal information, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don't allow other companies to collect information about your online activities over time or across websites through this site.

How we protect information

We limit access to the people who need it to do their jobs, use multi-factor authentication on our systems, and ask clients to send passwords and other secrets through our one-time secret link rather than email. We keep contact and support records for as long as we work together and as needed for billing, legal and security purposes.

Your privacy rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren't required to keep it. We'll confirm your identity before acting on a request and won't treat you differently for making one. Email [email protected] or call 707-575-6005.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and its effective date. Questions? Contact Xponentia Inc., 1550 Airport Blvd, Suite 202, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, 707-575-6005, [email protected].
